Train numbers in Czech Republic

Hello to everyone. Can you please tell me some information about how trains in Czech Republic are numerated? For example I had read, that rychliky from 1 to 300 are international, 600s are domestic. I need this infromation for my activity.

1-499 - international train
500-599 - domestic trains higher qualities ( usually SC, IC and Ex )
600-999 - domestic fast train
1000-1299 - seasonal international train
1300-1399 - special trains ( for example historical trains )
1400-1599 - seasonal domestic fast train
1600-1999 - regional fast train
2000-29999 - ordinary passenger train

I'm not sure, but I think so, because this system was invented in an epoch of Czechoslovakia. Maybe some Slovak can verify it.
