Czech Train Services...

Hello. Presenting my self... I'm Pedro from Portugal, very known on the Portuguese forums as "comboio" (It means "Train" in Portuguese).
Well, I'm basicly a Czech Train Entusiast, I have never travelled to Czech Republic, but I would love to go one day, I enjoy a lot to play with MSTS Czech trains, and since I love to creat Real services on activities, I would like to do some questions about the Czech Train Services...
Well, first of all, I can't really see the difference between a Os train service and a Regional(R) one(If is there such thing...).
I'm actually exploring the Route Breclav-Praha. So...
Os Train services- Where they go and from where...?
R Train services- Where they go and from where...?
IC Train services- Where they go and from where...?
EC Train services-Where they go and from where...?
What type of services are called on where is used the CD680(Pendolino) trains? And where they go and from where...
Are there any special night trains or something? Like... trains to Germany or Austria or Bratislava, etc...
To all of those services, can you tell me what via do they make to go on their trip?(Like... Brno-»Praha Via Tisnov or Via Ceská Trebová) And If they stop at all stations... etc...
Can you say to me, some Freight train's runnings? (Like for example... a train coming from Austria with a Freight train... arrives at Breclav, and where does it go more?... etc... )
And I think these are only the things I really need to know as basis to make some Czech Trains activities.
PS: I could check train stops, schedules, etc... on probably CD's site... but I just don't understand how to search for them...

"Os" is regional train, "Sp" and "R" is fast train.

Oh, and thanks for explaining the difference between the "Os" and "R" trains.
Forgive me this question, but is there some topic for MSTS screenshots on this forum? I have already searched but I didn't find a thing... and since I don't really understand Czech(Unfortunatly... ), could you or some other forum user tell me if is there a topic about MSTS Screenshots here? Thanks in advance.
