My response:It is clearly stated on the website, and in the included credits.pdf file, that this model is not created by me, it is converted from transport fever 2, I have credited everyone who is some way involved in the making of this. I credited wicro, and the people who created the steam TPF2 add-ons that the comfortjet requires. We have attempted to get written permission from the content creator(s), but we never received a reply. We released this model in good faith, as a transformative re-release for openrails, after making some modifications to the model, to make it more fit for OR. We also have a very clear takedown policy, which states, if any of the original authors want this content removed, they can contact us and we will comply promptly. We never hid the true origin of this model, its all clearly stated on the website where you download it, or in the credits.pdf.

Webové stránky a připojený soubor credits.pdf jasně uvádějí, že tento model jsem nevytvořil já, ale je portován z Transport Fever 2. Uvedl jsem všechny, kteří se jakkoli podíleli. Uvedl jsem autory Wicro a lidi, kteří vytvořili doplňky Steam TPF2, které Comfortjet vyžaduje. Pokusili jsme se získat písemný souhlas od tvůrců obsahu, ale nikdy jsme neobdrželi žádnou odpověď. Tento model jsme vydali v dobré víře, jako transformativní reedici pro OpenRails, po provedení několika úprav modelu, aby byl vhodnější pro OR.
