Just a question how the heating is implemented in OR:

The most wagons have an electric heating which is working if there is power on the heating cable. Do these electric heating work with every loco? In real life some locos do not have heating cable, so the wagons do not get power. How is this in OR ?

Some locos have steam heating or diesel heating. Can they "give" steam for example to the B249 wagons, which have steam and electric heating?
In OR CZ/SK, electric heating only works with locos compatible with electric heating. Every electric and diesel, used for passenger trains have a toggleable heating circuitry (in case of an electric loco) or with electric heating generator (in case of a diesel loco). On the other hand, not all locos are equipped with electric heating circuitry (in case of an electric loco) or with electric heating generator (in case of a diesel loco). For example ČD class 111 (Laundry iron), ČD class 742 (Bangle) and ČD Class 714 (Happy cow) don't have the ability to power the electric heating, so if you want to, for example, make a small shuttle local train hauled by ČD class 111 (Laundry iron), you have to use cars equipped with diesel heater, since these can be heated, no matter, what loco you haul them with.

And for B 249 class passenger cars and steam heating, no. That's not possible. B 249 class passenger cars don't have steam heating pipe, so steam heating can't be used on them. These carriages have only electric heating. Steam heating is only present on historic passenger cars like ČSD Ba 3429, which have both electric and steam heating.
Nowadays, most passenger cars have either electric heating, or diesel heater. Diesel heater is usually mounted in passenger cars, which are primarily meant to be coupled behind a DMU.

Examples of passenger cars with diesel heating:

Btax; BDtax class passenger cars, meant to be coupled behind ČD class 810 (Orchestrion)
Bdtn756 class passenger cars, meant to be coupled behind ČD class 854 (Hydra)
Btn753 class passenger cars, meant to be coupled behind ČD class 843 (Coffin)

Of course, there are more passenger cars with diesel heating. Just look them up, because it'll take long for me to write them all down.

Also small hint: If the name of a passenger car contains letters "z" or "ee", this means, the said passenger car has a CZE (central power supply). Passenger cars without these letters use axle mounted generators to power utilities (lights, battery, info tabs, announcer, etc.). But the electric heating is always powered from the loco, no matter, if the passenger car has a letter "z" or "ee" in it's name, or not.

Co to pořád řešíš??? Já, jako autor jsem to tak navrhl, tak to respektuj! Už se k tomu nebudu dále vyjadřovat.
I am sorry, I did not wanted to disrespect you. I just ASKED where I can find this in the code, to maybe fond it out myself.
Since OR is an opensource game, everyone should have the opportunity to change something for himself. It's the same like building new content or changeing it, which I also do with differnet wagons. This should not be a problem, it should be nice to develop some things for OR.

Thank you. I just thought because for example the 753 or 750 do not have electric heating but steam heating.
The B249 wagons in real life have had both, steam heating and electric heating. I think in real life the steam heating is not working anymore. It would be interesting for using them with a loco without electric heating cable.

OR is opensource, but it's definitely not the same as, say, a locomotive model. If you're going to change something in code, you can't call it OR CZ/SK anymore. OR CZ/SK is just one, as is the OR unstable version or MG OR. If there were a lot of OR CZ/SK derivatives, it would be unreal chaos about compatibility and they wouldn't be able to manage repairs. Source code is available for consultation, but no one is required to advise or give instructions.

Ahoj.

1. Povolím přímočinnou.
2. Průběžná do závěru.
3. Opakovač je už dávno vyplý (předchozí posun).
4. Vypnu topení v kabiné.
5. Chcípnu motor.
6. Vypnu radiostanici, skočí nouzovka.
7. Vypnu baterie.

Pak chci zamknout pult a ani prd. Ctrl+Alt+K, nic. Tak nevím, kde je chyba. :-)
